Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your order! Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.


Replacements (Damages or Issues Only)

We only offer replacements or refunds if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A description of the issue


Return Address

If a return is required for an approved case, we will provide you with the return address and instructions at that time.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.


 Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color differences due to screen settings

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to request a replacement for approved issues and place a new order if needed.


Refunds

If your replacement or refund is approved, we will notify you once processed. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
